Materials

1. Assess Damage
Clean the damaged area with soap and water.

Inspect for any paint transfer.

If present, use the Polishing Compound to remove it before applying touch up paint.
2. Remove Paint Transfer
Apply a small amount of Polishing Compound to a microfiber cloth.

Rub the area with paint transfer using circular motions.

Continue until all transferred paint is fully removed.
3. Apply Primer
Use the Pen tip for small chips and the Brush for scratches.

Check the damaged area—if bare metal or plastic is exposed, apply Primer first.

Tape off the surrounding area to protect undamaged surfaces.

For the brush applicator, hold the container upright and twist open. Wipe excess primer on the inside rim.

For the pen applicator, prime the tip on a soft cloth by pressing down gently until saturated (30–60 seconds).

Lightly dab primer onto the damaged area. Avoid using marker-like strokes—dab with the pen or lightly brush with the brush. Let dry for 5–10 minutes. Apply 2–3 coats.

Primer builds up quickly. If you're filling a chip or scratch, you can repeat the process. After 3 coats, let it dry for 15–20 minutes and lightly sand with 800–1000 grit sandpaper. Repeat if needed.

Once the surface is smooth and even, allow the primer to dry for 15–20 minutes before moving on to the Colorcoat.
4. Apply Colorcoat
Use the Pen tip for small chips and the Brush for scratches.

Apply the first coat of Colorcoat.

Water-based paint may look off initially—true color appears as it dries.

Apply up to three coats, letting each dry for 15 minutes.

Wait 30 minutes after the final coat to fully dry.
5. Clear Coat Application
Apply the first coat of Clearcoat.

Let it dry for 10–15 minutes.

Apply two additional coats, allowing each to dry between applications.

Let the final coat cure for 24–48 hours before washing or polishing.
6. Final Steps

Allow the clear coat to dry completely. After drying, the surface can be polished and waxed after 24 to 48 hours to enhance the finish and protect the repair.
