  1. 1. Prepare Side Rails with Support Legs

    1. Take two Side Rails (3) and four Side Rail Drawer Access Support Legs (4).
    2. Insert Wood Dowels (M) into the predrilled holes on the inner ends of each Side Rail (3).
    3. Position the Support Legs (4) against the Side Rails (3).
    4. Secure each Support Leg using:
      • Bolt (C)
      • Spring Washer (J)
      • Large Flat Washer (H)
    5. Tighten with the Allen Key (N).
    6. Repeat for both Side Rails (2× assemblies).

  2. 2. Prepare Headboard and Footboard with Legs

    1. Insert Threaded Studs (E) into the Headboard/Footboard Legs (2) (x4).
    2. Insert Wood Dowels (M) into both Headboard/Footboard Panels (1) (x2).
    3. Make sure the studs and dowels are firmly seated for later assembly.

  3. 3. Attach Legs to Headboard and Footboard

    1. Take the Headboard/Footboard Panels (1) and Legs (2).
    2. Insert the Threaded Studs (E) through the predrilled holes of the panels.
    3. Position each Leg (2) onto the ends of the panels.
    4. Secure each joint using:
      • Half Moon Bracket (G)
      • Spring Washer (J)
      • Small Flat Washer (I)
      • Nut (F)
    5. Tighten firmly using the Spanner (P).
    6. Repeat for both the headboard and the footboard (2× assemblies).

  4. 4. Insert Threaded Studs into Panels

    1. On both completed Headboard/Footboard Panels (1), insert Threaded Studs (E) into the side edges (2 studs on each side).
    2. These studs will later connect the side rails to the headboard and footboard.

  5. 5. Attach First Side Rail

    1. Take one Side Rail (3) and align it with the Headboard/Footboard Panel (1).
    2. Fit the side rail onto the Threaded Studs (E) inserted earlier.
    3. Secure the connection with:
      • Half Moon Bracket (G)
      • Spring Washer (J)
      • Small Flat Washer (I)
      • Nut (F)
    4. Tighten with the Spanner (P).
    5. Repeat the process for the opposite side with the second Side Rail (3).

  6. 6. Attach Opposite Panel

    1. Position the remaining Headboard/Footboard Panel (1) to connect with both Side Rails (3).
    2. Slide the rails onto the Threaded Studs (E).
    3. Secure each joint with:
      • Half Moon Bracket (G)
      • Spring Washer (J)
      • Small Flat Washer (I)
      • Nut (F)
    4. Tighten firmly with the Spanner (P).
    5. At this stage, the bed frame rectangle should be standing.

  7. 7. Fit the Side Rail Cross Bar

    1. Take the Side Rail Cross Bar (7) and place it across the middle of the frame between the Side Rails (3).
    2. Secure each end of the Cross Bar using:
      • Bolt (A)
      • Large Flat Washer (H)
      • Spring Washer (J)
    3. Tighten using the Allen Key (N).

  8. 8. Assemble Centre Support Rail

    1. Take the Centre Support Rail (5) and position the Support Legs (6) underneath at the marked points.
    2. Secure each leg with:
      • Bolt (D)
      • Large Flat Washer (H)
      • Spring Washer (J)
    3. Tighten firmly with the Allen Key (N).

  9. 9. Fit Centre Support Rail to Headboard and Footboard

    1. Position the Centre Support Rail (5) between the Headboard and Footboard Panels (1).
    2. Attach the rail using:
      • Bolt (B)
      • Large Flat Washer (H)
      • Spring Washer (J)
    3. Tighten with the Allen Key (N).
    4. Before fully tightening, ensure the bed frame is properly squared (check the diagram).
    5. Once aligned, tighten all bolts securely to 100%.

  10. 10. Assemble Drawer Frames (x2)

    1. Take the Drawer Side Panel – Left (11), Drawer Side Panel – Right (12), and the Drawer Back Panel (13).
    2. Connect the side panels to the back panel using Carcass Screws (L).
    3. Tighten with the Allen Key (O).
    4. Repeat to assemble two drawer frames.

  11. 11. Fit Drawer Base Panels

    1. Take the Drawer Base Panel (14) and slide it into the grooves of the Drawer Side Panels (11, 12) and Drawer Back Panel (13).
    2. Ensure the base fits flush inside the frame.
    3. Repeat for both drawers (x2).

  12. 12. Attach Drawer Front Panels

    1. Position the Drawer Front Panel (10) at the open side of the drawer frame.
    2. Secure it to the drawer sides using Carcass Screws (L).
    3. Tighten with the Allen Key (O).
    4. Repeat for both drawers (x2).

  13. 13. Attach Drawer Base Support Rails

    1. Take two Drawer Base Support Rails – Ends (15) and one Drawer Base Support Rail – Middle (16).
    2. Position them inside the drawer frame between the front and back panels.
    3. Secure each rail using Carcass Screws (L).
    4. Tighten with the Allen Key (O).
    5. Repeat for both drawers (x2).

  14. 14. Fit Wheels to Drawers

    1. Turn the drawer upside down.
    2. Attach Wheels (S) to the corners and the centre support rail ends.
      • Each drawer requires 5 wheels.
    3. Secure each wheel with Wood Screws (K).
    4. Tighten with a screwdriver.
    5. Repeat for both drawers (x2).

  15. 15. Attach Drawer Facia Panels

    1. Take the Drawer Front Panel (10) and the Drawer Facia Panel (9).
    2. Insert Wood Dowels (M) into the predrilled holes of the facia panel (9).
    3. Position the facia against the drawer front (10).
    4. Secure using:
      • Bolt (B)
      • Large Flat Washer (H)
      • Spring Washer (J)
    5. Tighten with the Allen Key (N).
    6. Repeat for both drawers (x2).

  16. 16. Install Slats

    1. Take the Bentwood Slats (8) and fit one Slat End Cap (Q) onto each end.
    2. Press each slat into place across the bed frame between the side rails.
    3. Use Slat Centre Caps (R) to join paired slats to the Centre Support Rail (5).
    4. Repeat until all slats are installed evenly across the frame.

  17. 17. Insert Drawers

    1. Slide the completed drawers into the openings on both sides of the bed frame.
    2. Ensure the wheels (S) roll smoothly along the floor and the drawers fit evenly under the bed.
    3. Check that both drawers open and close freely.
