  1. 1. Attach the Bed Frame Legs to the Headboard and Footboard

    1. Lay the Headboard (1) and Footboard (2) face down on a soft surface.
    2. Align a Frame Leg (8) with the pre-drilled hole in each corner block.
    3. Rotate each leg clockwise until fully tightened and secure.
    4. Verify that all four legs are straight and firmly attached.

  2. 2. Insert the Threaded Studs into the Headboard and Footboard

    1. Stand the Headboard (1) and Footboard (2) upright.
    2. Insert a Threaded Stud (F) into each pre-drilled hole on the inner faces of both panels.
    3. Rotate each stud clockwise until fully tightened by hand.
    4. Verify that all studs sit straight and securely in place.

  3. 3. Secure the Side Rails to the Footboard

    1. Insert a Wooden Dowel (I) into the small pre-drilled hole at the end of each side rail.
    2. Align the Side Rail – LH (3) and Side Rail – RH (4) with the Threaded Studs (F) on the Footboard (2), then slide each rail fully onto the studs.
    3. Place a Half Moon Bracket (H) over each stud inside the rails, making sure the curved side faces outward.
    4. Add Washer B, then Washer C, and screw on a Nut (G).
    5. Tighten each nut using the Spanner (K) until the connection is secure.
    6. Verify that both side rails sit flush against the footboard and do not move.

  4. 4. Attach the Support Legs to the Centre Support Rail

    1. Position the Centre Support Rail (5) with the pre-drilled holes facing upward.
    2. Align a Support Leg (7) under the centre rail so the top hole matches the hole in the rail.
    3. Insert Bolt E through Washer A, then Washer C, and tighten the bolt into the leg.
    4. Repeat the process for the second support leg.
    5. Verify that both legs are straight and firmly secured to the rail.

  5. 5. Attach the Side Rails to the Headboard

    1. Insert Wooden Dowels (I) into the pre-drilled holes on both ends of the Side Rail – LH (3) and Side Rail – RH (4).
    2. Align each side rail with the Headboard (1) and slide the dowels into the matching holes until fully seated.
    3. Insert two Threaded Studs (F) through the headboard posts and into the metal bracket on each side rail.
    4. Secure each connection using Half Moon Bracket (H), Flat Washer (B), Flat Washer (C), and Nut (G).
      Tighten using the Spanner (K).

  6. 6. Attach the Centre Support Rail

    1. Position the Centre Support Rail (5) between the two side rails.
    2. Align the end plates of the centre rail with the pre-drilled holes on each side rail.
    3. Insert Bolt D through Washer A and Washer C, then fasten the centre rail to each side rail.
    4. Ensure the full bed frame is properly squared, as shown in the diagram. Once aligned, tighten all bolts on the bed frame 100%.

  7. 7. Insert the Slats

    1. Insert a Slat End Cap (L) onto each end of the Bentwood Slat (6).
    2. Position the slat above the side rail supports and press both ends down firmly until the caps click into place.
    3. Continue inserting slats evenly across the width of the bed frame.
    4. Once all slats are installed, insert the Slat Centre Caps (M) between each pair of slats along the centre support rail.

  8. 8. Final Check

    • Verify that all slats are securely fastened and evenly spaced.
    • Check for any loose connections and tighten the screws if necessary
