SPARK² Assembly Manual

• Bolt 2 washers into the floor panel 1.0_S using the designated holes.

Parts used:

• M6×25 mm flanged button head bolt | T0434 | 2×

• washer | K0221 | 2×

• Bolt 8 standing feet V0050 to the underside of the floor panel.

• After leveling, ensure at least 20 mm of clearance between the panel and the floor.

Parts used:

• standing foot | V0050 | 8×

• Place the floor 1.0_S panel in its final location.

• Pull the power source cable through the installation hole.

• Use a laser level and L-square ruler to balance the panel by adjusting the feet.

• Insert dowel pins into the predrilled holes.

Parts used:

• power source cable | 1×

• Position the dock panel 2.0_S on the floor panel using dowels.

• While placing the panel, pull the power cable through the hole in the dock and plug it into the circuit breaker connector.

• Bolt the dock panel to the floor panel, but do not tighten fully.

Parts used:

• M8×45 mm hex head bolt | T0204 | 2×

• washer | T0198 | 2×

• dowel pin | T0122 | 2×

• Position the wall panel 3.0_S onto the floor panel using dowels.

• Bolt it in place, but do not tighten fully.

Parts used:

• M8×70 mm hex head bolt | T0091 | 2×

• washer | T0198 | 2×

• dowel pin | T0122 | 2×

• Insert dowels into the predrilled holes in the dock 2.0_S and the wall panel 3.0_S.

• Bolt the roof panel 4.0_S² in place from the top.

• Do not tighten the bolts completely.

Parts used:

• M8×70 mm hex head bolt | T0441 | 4×

• dowel pin | T0122 | 4×

• Join the four frame components together as shown.

• Secure them using bolts.

Parts used:

• M6×160 mm wood bolt | T0197 | 4×

• Lift the assembled frame and position it on the pod structure, starting with the lower section.

• Secure the assembled rear frame by bolting it to the pod structure from both sides.

Parts used:

• M6×65 mm bolt | T0431 | 4×

• M6×120 mm bolt | T0430 | 4×

• washer | T0438 | 8×

• Secure the rear frame (5.2.1_S², 5.2.2_S², 5.2.3_S², 5.2.4_S²) to the pod structure from the inside (front-facing side).

Parts used:

• M6×40 mm bolt | T0397 | 4×

• M6×30 mm bolt | T0432 | 4×

• Connect the power supply cord to powerbox.

• Use cable clips (T0234) and cable ties (O0194) to secure the position.

• The connector is at the bottom of the powerbox.

• Use click-in strain relief to secure the cord against pulling out of the powerbox.

• Place the revision door using magnets.

⚠️ Before assembling the acoustic pod, ensure the power cord remains unplugged from the wall outlet throughout the assembly process. This precaution is essential to prevent electrical hazards and ensure safety during assembly.

Table components

• Attach the socket holder to the underside of the tabletop.

• Insert the electric socket into the holder.

• Bolt the table base to the tabletop.

• Place the assembled table inside the MICROOFFICE and secure it.

Parts used:

• M4×10 mm bolt | T0423 | 4×

• M6×16 mm bolt | T0322 | 4×

• 6×25 mm wood bolt | T0305 | 4×

• Place both insulation 1.2_S² and floor deck 1.3_S² panels onto the floor as shown.

• If the desk is not installed, insert the square blank to fill the cutout.

Place the door frame assembly into the pod structure, starting with the lower section.

• Secure the door frame to the structure using bolts as shown.

• Tighten bolts in all indicated positions.

• M6×65 mm bolt | T0431 | 4×

• M6×30 mm bolt | T0432 | 6×

• M6×120 mm bolt | T0397 | 6×

• washer | T0438 | 8×

5.1.x_S² (door frame components)

• Secure the remaining bolt positions on the door frame using the indicated hardware.

Parts used:

• T0397 | M6×120 mm bolt | 2×
• T0432 | M6×30 mm bolt | 2×

5.2_S² (rear glass)

• Clean the glass edges using glass cleaner.
• Apply the sealing profiles to the edges of the glass.
• Insert the first two glass panels into the grooves: align the top edge into the upper groove, then tilt and lower the glass into the bottom groove and side channels.

Install the third rear glass panel in the same way as the previous ones, completing the rear glazing.

• Attach suction cups to the glass panels.
• Use a spirit level to align the glass precisely.
• Press the glass panels tightly together.
• Reposition suction cups to the top and press again.
• Repeat for the bottom edge.
• From the outside, push all three glass panels toward the left.

Secure both hinge sets using screws in the predrilled holes in the frame.

• Place two 6 mm plastic spacers on the bottom frame.
• Rest the bottom edge of the door glass on the spacers.
• Raise the glass into vertical position and insert it into the hinge slots.
• Place at least four 4 mm plastic spacers around the edges to keep the door centered.
• Tighten the hinges using a hex key no. 4 and torque wrench (15 N·m).
• Remove the spacers.
• Attach hinge covers (peel only half of the double-sided tape for easier repositioning).

• Screw both handle parts together through the predrilled hole in the glass using the enclosed M6 bolt (hex socket, bottom head).
• Use a plastic spacer between the bolt and glass for protection.
• Tighten securely.

2.0_S (dock panel)

• Snap the revision door into place using the integrated magnets.

1.2.3_S² (carpet panel)

• If the Microoffice includes a table, use a knife to cut out the table hole following the perforated markings on the carpet.
• Place the carpet on the rubber bands already laid on the floor.

Attach part K0353 to the roof panel using the provided screws.

Secure part K0351 to the roof panel using screws.

Plug the light power cable and the presence detector cable into the connector located in 2.0_S (dock panel).

6.3.2_S², 6.1_S, 6.4_S², 6.2_S (interior panels)

• Mount interior panel 6.3.2_S² using the built-in magnets.

6.4_S (interior panel with display)

• Secure the display to panel 6.4_S using screws.

Parts used:

• T0480 | M3×8 mm button head metric screw | 8×

Before installing panels 6.1_S and 6.4_S², plug the LAN cable into the control display on 6.4_S.

Secure panels 6.2_S and 6.1_S using magnets as shown.

Rear and door frame

• Attach magnets to the rear and door frame using screws and washers as shown.

Parts used:

• V0026 | Magnet | 28×
• T0427 | M4×20 mm metric screw | 28×
• T0406 | Washer | 28×

72.2_S², 71.1_S², 71.3_S²

• Attach panels 71.1_S² and 71.3_S² using magnets.
• Attach panel 72.2_S² using screws.

Parts used:

• T0456 | M4×15 mm metric screw | 2×

• Attach front-facing panel 72.2_S² using screws.

Parts used:

• T0456 | M4×15 mm metric screw | 4×

• Attach the remaining external panels using magnets as shown.
• Start from the bottom and work upward.

9.1_S²/4

• Place the roof cover on top of the Microoffice.
• Anchor it in place using screws as shown.

Parts used:

• T0491 | Wood screw | 12×

• Apply the self-adhesive door dampings (T0471) to the center of each front external panel as shown.

Parts used:

• door damping | T0471 | 2×
