Only use this product on smooth, clean, non-porous flooring surfaces to ensure the suction pad feet adhere securely and maintain stability during use.
Check that all suction feet are fully engaged and sealed before each use. Do not use the product if any suction pad is not properly secured.
Before use, verify that the base is fully weighted or filled according to the manufacturer's instructions to prevent tipping or shifting during impact.
Adjust the height of the dummy only while it is stable and not in use; ensure all locking mechanisms are securely engaged before resuming use.
Do not strike the dummy with any objects other than standard boxing or martial arts gloves; avoid sharp objects or footwear with hard soles.
Never use the product without appropriate personal protective equipment, including boxing gloves and hand wraps, to prevent injury.

Wipe down all surfaces after each use with a clean, damp cloth to remove sweat, dirt, and debris; allow the product to fully air dry before storing.

Use a mild, non-abrasive detergent when deeper cleaning is required; avoid harsh chemicals or solvents that may degrade foam or rubber components.

Inspect the foam surface weekly for cracks, tears, or areas of compression that may affect performance or safety; replace the dummy section if significant damage is observed.

Check the rubber suction pads regularly for dust, dirt, or damage; clean them with water and a cloth to maintain optimal suction performance.

Inspect the base unit weekly to ensure it remains properly sealed and filled (if water- or sand-weighted); top up or refill as necessary according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Examine all adjustable height mechanisms weekly, ensuring they lock securely and move smoothly; apply silicone-based lubricant if parts begin to stiffen or squeak—never use oil-based lubricants.
