1. Apple
Begin at the bottom of the apple.
Ch 2 with light green or start with a magic ring.
1. 6 sc in the 2nd ch or in the magic ring, 1 sl in the 1st sc (= 6 sc)
2. 2 sc in every sc (= 12 sc)
3. 2 sc in every 2nd sc (= 18 sc)
4. 2 sc in every 3rd sc (= 24 sc)
5. 2 sc in every 4th sc (= 30 sc)
6. 2 sc in every 5th sc (= 36 sc)
7. 2 sc in every 6th sc (= 42 sc)
8. 2 sc in every 14th sc (= 45 sc)
9. 2 sc in every 15th sc (= 48 sc)
10. 2 sc in every 16th sc (= 51 sc)
11. 2 sc in every 17th sc (= 54 sc)
12. to 16. 54 sc
17. 6 x (7 sc, sc 2 st together) (= 48 sc)
18. 6 x (6 sc, sc 2 st together) (= 42 sc)
19. 6 x (5 sc, sc 2 st together) (= 36 sc)

Attach the safety eyes between round 12 and 13, with a space of 8 stitches between them.

Stuff the apple.
23. 6 x (1 sc, sc 2 st together) (= 12 sc)
24. 6 x (sc 2 st together) (= 6 sc)
Fasten off. Draw the yarn end through the remaining 6 stitches and pull tight.
Now draw the yarn through the apple to the beginning and pull tight until your apple indents slightly at the top and bottom. This creates a real “apple shape”.
Secure the yarn and weave it inwards.
